Please note that your referral goes directly to your Friends & Family without any information being sent to CRI. They must contact CRI for more information or to schedule an appointment. Of course, to make sure we know how much we owe you in referral fees, CRI will keep track of your referrals that elect to contact us and participate. At the end of each month, we will send you a list of your Friends & Family referrals who participated along with a pre-paid Visa Card for the total amount we owe you. This is our way of thanking you for sharing the details and benefits of the HES program with your Friends & Family. Contact our Customer Service Group at (888) 403-3500 if you have any questions regarding this special promotion.

The Home Energy Solutions (HES) Program is funded by the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund. Customer participation in the HES Program, as was yours, is subject to approval by the United Illuminating (UI) and/or Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P) who administer the HES Program.

About the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund

The Energy Efficiency Fund promotes efficient energy use, helps residents and businesses save on their electric and natural gas bills, advances economic development, reduces electric demand and helps reduce air pollution. Energy Efficiency Fund conservation programs serve residential customers, including limited- and fixed-income customers, as well as business and municipal customers. Connecticut’s energy efficiency programs are funded by a charge on customers’ utility bills and administered by the state’s electric and gas utilities including: Connecticut Light & Power, The United Illuminating Company, Yankee Gas, Connecticut Natural Gas and Southern Connecticut Gas. Additional information on Connecticut’s energy efficiency programs can be found at www.ctenergyinfo.com or by calling 1.877.WISE.USE.
